By creating an account or using PartlyGo, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. PartlyGo provides technology that helps job seekers and employers connect; PartlyGo is not an employer, recruitment agency or party to agreements between users.
1. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 16 and legally able to use the service. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Job posts and applications
Employers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and availability of job posts. Job seekers are responsible for application and resume information. PartlyGo does not guarantee interviews, hiring, candidate suitability, payment, workplace conditions or the accuracy of user content.
3. Acceptable use
You may not post fraudulent, discriminatory or unlawful content; impersonate others; harass users; send spam; collect data without permission; bypass access controls; upload malicious material; or use PartlyGo to facilitate illegal activity.
4. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give PartlyGo a limited license to host, process and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it.
5. Safety and disputes
Use reasonable care when communicating, interviewing or meeting. Verify opportunities independently and do not send money or sensitive financial information based solely on a listing. Disputes between users are their responsibility, although PartlyGo may investigate reports and enforce these terms.
6. Suspension and termination
You may stop using PartlyGo or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse or enforce these terms.
7. Service availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, PartlyGo disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from user conduct, third-party services or interrupted availability. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
