1. Information we collect
- Account information, including email address, phone number and authentication identifiers.
- Profile and employer information, such as display name, photo, region, skills, business details and contact preferences.
- Job posts, applications, resumes and documents you choose to upload.
- Messages, images and other communications sent through PartlyGo.
- Approximate or precise location when you grant permission for location and map features.
- Technical information needed to operate and secure the service, including device, app version, network and diagnostic information.
2. How we use information
- Provide authentication, profiles, job discovery, applications and messaging.
- Show job locations and improve matching and recommendations.
- Protect accounts, prevent fraud and enforce our terms.
- Respond to support, privacy and account-deletion requests.
- Maintain, troubleshoot and improve PartlyGo.
3. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. We use service providers, including Google Firebase and Google Maps Platform, to provide hosting, authentication, databases, file storage, maps and related infrastructure. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users and the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
4. Visibility and employer–applicant sharing
Information you place in a public profile or job post may be visible to signed-in PartlyGo users. Application details and an attached resume are shared with the employer responsible for that job. Contact information is shown according to the applicable workflow and your choices. Do not place sensitive information in public profile or job-description fields.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. You can permanently delete your account in the app or submit a request through our account deletion page. We delete or de-identify associated account data unless retention is required for security, legal or regulatory reasons.
6. Security
We use access controls, authenticated services and other safeguards designed to protect information. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices
You may update profile information and privacy preferences in the app, control camera, photo and location permissions in device settings, request access or correction, and request account deletion. Contact us if you cannot complete a request in the app.
8. Children
PartlyGo is not intended for children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The updated date above identifies the latest version. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to info@partlygo.com.
